1. Who we are
Entrata Doors, LLC (“Entrata Doors,” “we,” “us”) sells and installs doors and windows for homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects and designers in Central Indiana. We are located at 5771 Park Plaza Ct, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at entratadoors.com and to information we collect by phone, text message, email and in person during your project.
We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
• Waitlist and contact details: your email address when you join our waitlist, plus your name, phone number and email when you contact us.
• Project details: your home or job-site address, the openings you want to change, style and budget preferences, and measurements.
• Photos and videos: images of your home that you send us for your consultation, and photos we take during measuring and installation.
• Payment information: when you pay a reservation fee or invoice, your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card or bank account numbers ourselves.
• Communications: emails, text messages and phone calls with us, including call recordings and AI-generated transcripts (see Section 5).
• Business customers: company name, job title and project information when you work with us as a builder, remodeler, architect or designer.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site, and similar usage data through cookies and similar tools (see Section 7).
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
• Respond to inquiries, run consultations and prepare estimates
• Order products, schedule deliveries, and measure and install your doors and windows
• Process reservation fees and payments, and keep accounting and tax records
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders and project updates
• Honor warranties and handle service requests
• Send waitlist updates and, where you have agreed, offers and news about our products
• Understand how our website is used and improve our services and advertising
• Protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations
4. How we share your information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business and deliver your project:
• Installers, manufacturers and suppliers: we share your name, address, phone number and project details with subcontracted installers, manufacturers, suppliers and delivery carriers so they can build, deliver and install your order. They may use it only for that purpose, not for their own marketing.
• Service providers: companies that host and operate our tools on our behalf, including our website and forms provider (Framer), field-service and payment software (Jobber), accounting software (QuickBooks Online), phone and texting service (Quo), file storage (Google Drive), and the analytics and advertising providers described in Section 7.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety and that of others.
• Business transfers: if Entrata Doors is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Phone calls, AI transcription and text messaging
Phone consultations. We hold consultations by phone. Calls may be recorded and transcribed with AI tools provided by our phone service, so we can keep accurate notes about your project. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded or transcribed.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send appointment confirmations, reminders and project updates. If we offer promotional texts in the future, we will send them only if you separately opt in, and that consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 463-229-3667.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our text messages.
6. Project photos and marketing use
Photos and videos you send us are used only to plan and quote your project.
After installation, we may ask your permission to use “after” photos of your project on our website, social media or other marketing. We will use them only if you agree in writing, through a separate photo release. We will not show your street address, house number, or people in the photos without your permission. You can withdraw your permission at any time, and we will stop using the photos in new materials.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, measure traffic and support our advertising.
• Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta Pixel and Google Ads help us measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site (retargeting). These companies may collect information about your activity on our site and other sites to do this.
Your choices:
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at YourAdChoices, and adjust your ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.

9. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as access controls on our business accounts and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
10. Your choices
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• See, correct or delete your information: email info@entratadoors.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. We may keep records we must retain for legal, warranty or accounting reasons.
11. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
Our website may link to other sites, such as manufacturers or social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we will give additional notice, such as on our website or by email.
